What you are buying

Get Cited More sells a one-time measurement: we put a set of buyer-intent questions to several AI answer engines, record which brands they name and which sources they cite, and deliver a report. The free scan is a smaller version of the same measurement. The paid audit is $349, charged once. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

The report is delivered to a web address containing a long random token, and a copy is emailed to the address given at checkout. There are no user accounts — that token is the only thing that opens the report, so treat the link as confidential. Anyone you send it to can read it.

What we do not promise

We measure what answer engines said during a specific window. We do not promise that your visibility will improve, that you will be cited, that traffic or revenue will follow, or that acting on the roadmap will produce any particular result. Answer engines change their models, their sources and their behaviour without notice and without our involvement.

Measurements are samples, not censuses. Answers vary between runs, which is why each prompt is sampled multiple times and the spread is reported. A number in your report is an estimate with the sampling disclosed, not a guarantee about every possible query.

We measure through each provider's API with grounding enabled rather than by scraping consumer interfaces, and those are not byte-identical. This is stated in every report and on the methodology page, and buying an audit means you accept that difference.

Acceptable use

Order audits for domains you own or are authorised to act for. Do not use the service to harass a competitor, to misrepresent our findings as something other than a sample, or to resell reports as your own work without saying where the data came from.

Do not attempt to overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, and do not try to reach reports whose tokens were not given to you. We may refuse or cancel an order that appears abusive, and refund it.

Refunds

If the audit fails to complete, or completes with so many failed engine calls that the result is not usable, tell us and you get a full refund or a re-run — your choice. That also applies if we measured the wrong domain because of an error on our side.

We do not refund an audit that ran correctly and returned a result you did not like. A low score is a finding, and it is frequently the most useful thing the report contains.

Ask by replying to your receipt or writing to hello@getcitedmore.com.

Your content and ours

We fetch your publicly available homepage to infer your category and competitors. You keep every right you already had in your own site and brand. You may use your report however you like, internally or with clients.

We keep the underlying data — the prompt set, the engine responses, the extracted mentions and citations — and may use it in aggregated, de-identified form to improve the method or to publish category-level research. We will not publish your individual scores or name you as a customer without asking first.

Third parties

Delivering an audit means sending your domain and generated questions to AI providers (currently OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and, for Perplexity models, OpenRouter), taking payment through Stripe, sending email through Resend, and storing data with Supabase and Vercel. Their terms govern their own services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any AI provider we measure.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, the operator of Get Cited More is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost traffic or decisions made on the basis of a report. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the audit it relates to.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and the version in force when you bought is the one that governs that purchase.

The governing jurisdiction has not yet been set. Until it is, this document is a draft and the service is not offered for sale.

Questions about any of this go to hello@getcitedmore.com.

We'd like to measure which pages people read, using Google Analytics. Nothing about your scans — no domains, emails or report links — is ever sent. Details.
